We used purple crane to have a hot tub removed and a new one put into our backyard. They were fast and professional and very friendly. They were only at my house approximately 45 or so minutes. Very pleased also they were the cheapest company that could reach to where I needed. Would use again if I ever need there services. Highly recommend checking them out.

Props to driver/crane operator Nick for doing a great job at a property for an HVAC job.

The driveway was already narrow, so there was the concern of accidentally hitting the house while moving in the truck, but Nick was patient and got it in no problem. When it came time to take out the old package unit from the roof and bring up the new one, Nick also handled that with ease, controlling the unit carefully without excessive movement and preventing damage to the house!

I did not hire this company directly as they were subcontracted by the HVAC company that I'm working with, but they did a great job!

We used Purple Crane today to lift a spa over the house. Keith and his operator felt comfortable before even starting the job that there would be no issues. Keith came out last week and explained the entire process to us putting our mind at ease, as much as it can be having a 2000 lb. spa craned over your house! We asked a lot of questions. Keith was patient and answered every question we had. He and his crane operator were knowledgeable, personable and professional. I would highly recommend Purple Crane for heavy lifting jobs.

These guys were great, Keith answered all my questions and concerns after seeing a failed delivery on YouTube because the reach was not long enough. I called a lot of companies and got incredible differences in prices and unanswered "what if" questions and some basically saying, "that's on you" responses. Purple Crane actually took the time to come to my home to make sure that the reach would be long enough and we would not encounter any problems. Keith quickly put my mind at ease and the delivery was smooth and easy. Keith and Shawn, the crane operator were very professional and helpful.
